How can I book a car? +
You can book via WhatsApp or by calling our team directly.
What documents are required to rent a car? +
Valid Oman ID Valid Driving License (minimum 6 months old)
What is the minimum age requirement? +
The renter must be at least 21 years old.
Can someone else drive the rented car? +
No, only the authorized renter is allowed to drive the vehicle.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all types of payments including cash, bank transfer, and online methods.
Is there a security deposit? +
Yes, a refundable security deposit of 20 OMR is required.
When will I get my deposit back? +
The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

If the other party is at fault, a valid ROP report is required and the rental company will handle the damage. Otherwise, the renter may be held responsible.

The renter is responsible for all traffic violations and fines during the rental period.
Are there any restrictions on vehicle usage? +
Yes, the vehicle must not be used for: Racing Towing Illegal activities Driving by unauthorized persons
